In industrial dust collection units (jet-pulse and mechanical shaker/pulse filtration systems), polyester is the most widely used and cost-effective filter media. At the Bilgin Filtre workshop, we produce custom filter bags in 400 gsm, 500 gsm, and other weights from impregnated or non-impregnated polyester in any diameter and length.
Depending on process gas humidity, chemical composition, and temperature, we also manufacture dry filtration bags in any dimension using acrylic, polyamide, polyimide, and polypropylene (PP) filter fabrics.
